RAWALPINDI: At least 179 teachers have been promoted to ‘grade 16’.
The Education Department’s executive district officer (EDO) issued the orders of promoting 179 teachers – 123 males and 56 femals. The promoted teachers were hired for different subjects during the 2010-2012 periods.
SES Teachers Association’s Rawalpindi President Mohammad Shaifque lauded the government’s move and congratulated the teachers on their promotion.
